Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States. Work format: Hybrid.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own execution of the consumer product roadmap and turn ideas into shipped features.
• Prototype product flows, validate ideas, and break ambiguous problems into sequenced increments.
• Define roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, identify quick wins, and size initiatives for resourcing decisions.
• Define success metrics, analyze dashboards, run Statsig A/B tests, and conduct user research.
• Coordinate launches across web, iOS, and Android with engineering, design, AI, clinical, marketing, support, and clinical operations.
• Report product impact, escalate risks, and address issues identified by patients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Experience taking consumer web and mobile features from idea to launch.
• Ability to independently scope and propose a roadmap for a defined product area.
• Strong product sense, data fluency, technical fluency, and experience running experiments.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity, making fast decisions, and working in a resource-constrained environment.
• Experience using AI to prototype ideas, synthesize research, draft documentation, and iterate quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated consumer industry.
• Experience at an early-stage company with ownership of a defined roadmap area.
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered or conversational product experiences.
