Compensation: Base $45,760, On Target Earnings (OTE) $74,000

What you will do

• Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Manage inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office with strict schedule adherence.
• Conduct comprehensive initial consultation calls to understand family needs.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and identify matching communities or providers.
• Act as the primary liaison between families and senior housing communities after completing training.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call centers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask by talking on the phone while documenting notes in a computer.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to navigate internal CRM systems.
• Ability to work a 40-hour schedule that includes regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
