Salary: $150,000–$170,000 + equity + 401K match

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with military and intelligence stakeholders across allied nations.
• Identify new mission opportunities to expand the company's international footprint.
• Lead business development efforts, including capability demonstrations and strategic account planning.
• Serve as the primary owner for international customer engagements and software deployments.
• Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion within existing customer accounts.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• U.S. Persons status with a current Top Secret US DoD or IC clearance is required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including approximately 50% travel to Europe.
• 8+ years of experience in defense, intelligence, national security, or government technology.
• Proven experience working directly with military or government customers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior government leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).
• Familiarity with security cooperation programs or international acquisition mechanisms.
• Direct experience working with allied and partner nation militaries.
