What you will do

• Develop and maintain fully associative NX CAM programs for 3- through 5-axis milling and turning operations.
• Validate toolpaths using NX CSE and VERICUT to ensure collision-free machining.
• Manage manufacturing data and workflows within Teamcenter PLM.
• Optimize machining processes using physics-based simulation and tool life prediction.
• Collaborate with shop floor operators during prove-outs and process troubleshooting.
• Author technical documentation and standard operating procedures for production.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (eligible for DoD confidential clearance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 8-10+ years of relevant CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX CAM and familiarity with Siemens 840D controls.
• Experience with VERICUT simulation and Teamcenter PLM.
• Strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Ability to work onsite in Walpole, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or naval propulsion manufacturing.
• Advanced post processor customization using NX Post Configurator.
• Scripting skills in Python, C#, or PowerShell for workflow automation.
• Experience with Third Wave Systems or modal analysis for machine dynamics.
