Focus on orchestrating AI agents, implementing RAG systems, and defining infrastructure standards across GKE, Kafka, and GitOps workflows.

Location: Must be based in Ashkelon (Israel) or Brazil (Hybrid model).

What you will do

• Own the architecture of the cloud platform, including GKE fleet design, VPC networking, and multi-environment strategies.
• Lead Infrastructure-as-Code standards and secure CI/CD paved paths for all R&D teams.
• Design the agentic AI ecosystem, including orchestration frameworks, tool interfaces, and memory strategies.
• Implement evaluation and guardrail layers for AI in production to ensure safety and performance.
• Drive FinOps as an architectural discipline to optimize cloud and AI model costs.
• Define reference architectures for RAG patterns, prompt management, and model API standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or systems architecture.
• Deep production expertise with Kubernetes (GKE), container runtime, and Service Mesh.
• Hands-on mastery of Terraform or Pulumi and GitOps practices via ArgoCD.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-based or agentic systems in production.
• Strong GCP architecture depth including networking, IAM, and Workload Identity.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka or comparable streaming platforms at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• FinOps certification or demonstrated large-scale cloud cost reduction wins.
• Experience with managed AI platforms like GCP Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock.
• Deep AWS architecture experience.
