Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Build dashboards, reports, and lightweight internal applications to support business decision-making.
• Translate business questions into data models, queries, and actionable insights.
• Develop tools that improve visibility into company operations, finance, and team performance.
• Connect systems through APIs, databases, and workflow automation tools.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on internal solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Finance to identify process gaps.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, analytics, or automation.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL.
• Experience building dashboards, scripts, or internal tools.
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and turn business needs into usable tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Retool.
• Experience building internal tools using React, Next.js, Node.js, or Streamlit.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in defense technology or high-growth startup environments.
• Active or prior security clearance.
