What you will do

• Develop AI-enabled solutions using tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot to improve People function scalability and productivity.
• Build scalable data products, dashboards, and visualizations via Workday to support leadership decision-making.
• Automate and maintain compensation models, market pricing tools, and incentive calculation workflows.
• Design repeatable AI prompt structures, templates, and assistants for adoption across HR teams.
• Collaborate with People Operations and HRIS to ensure data integrity and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI enablement, People Analytics, or business intelligence.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, MS Copilot) and prompt design.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for building analytical models and repeatable analyses.
