What you will do

• Act as the primary decision-maker and process architect for requests falling outside standard product boundaries.
• Manage EHR Credentialing operations and a team of four, optimizing workflows and tracking key metrics like cycle time and error rates.
• Provide the operational backbone for Business Operations, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Codify triage and BizOps workflows into documented playbooks to ensure scalability.
• Leverage AI tools and internal platforms like Retool and Vercel to automate manual work.
• Establish team operating cadences through weekly reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, product operations, or technical operations.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology owning cross-functional processes.
• Proven experience managing a small team and holding members accountable to SLAs.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design and document clear playbooks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for policy and executive summaries.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflow operations.
• Experience in BizOps, GTM Ops, or Revenue Operations.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and low-code platforms like Retool or Vercel.
