Salary: $100,000 - $123,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with global business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows and automations within Salesforce.
• Evaluate and implement practical GenAI use cases to improve user productivity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort across business systems.
• Manage system enhancements through the full lifecycle from discovery to rollout and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Information Systems, RevOps, and business teams.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Implementer.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and declarative automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.
• Proven track record of designing scalable workflows and business process improvements.
• Strong core BA skills including requirements gathering and system solution design.
• Must be able to work in the New York office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience building GenAI solutions using Agentforce or other AI tools.
• Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code tools or light scripting (Python, JavaScript).
