Salary: $170K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

• Define critical business questions and develop hypotheses to inform strategic decisions.
• Build reports, run complex analyses, and design experiments to move key performance metrics.
• Drive outcomes by presenting data-backed recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit (Growth, Product, AI/Automation, or Strategic Partnerships).
• Execute initiatives from insight generation through to final implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible business impact.
• Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level through clear and persuasive communication.
• Must currently reside in the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
