What you will do

• Design and develop products from initial concept through design, qualification, and production phases.
• Resolve production and customer-related issues using statistical analysis and active problem-solving.
• Create and utilize CAD models, 3D surface models, and physical prototypes to demonstrate design intent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met within established deadlines.
• Provide technical advice and support to project team members to identify and mitigate potential design problems.
• Formulate and adhere to standardized procedures for product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical engineering required.
• In-depth knowledge of Solidworks 3D/2D CAD software.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability.
• Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards with experience in tolerance analysis of complex assemblies.
• Ability to work onsite in Clarksville, TN.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with washing machine development.
