What you will do

• Analyze initial toy concepts to determine technical feasibility in collaboration with designers and PMs.
• Develop new mechanisms and create breadboard models to achieve specific toy functionality goals.
• Create engineering Bills of Materials (BOM) and translate design visions into detailed technical specifications for tooling and plants.
• Define product functions through the creation of Functional Specifications.
• Serve as a technical engineering liaison with Operations and collaborate with cross-functional New Product Development teams.
• Support team-level corrective action programs administered by CPI.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Fundamental understanding of common Engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of plastic production processes, assembly techniques, and raw materials (e.g., textiles, plastics).
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks or Creo.
• Basic understanding of statistics and probabilities.
