What you will do
- Lead the design and development of coding harnesses and agentic workflows using TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Build integrations between CI/CD platforms, security scanners, and requirements management tools.
- Guide the implementation of robust agentic patterns for system refactoring and software re-architecture.
- Partner with customers and mission owners to translate user workflows into concrete product outcomes.
- Define AI-native product strategy for software engineering and system architecture modernization.
Requirements
- Must be a US Person and hold an active U.S. TS Security clearance with SCI Eligibility.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack technical judgment.
- Experience building or operating coding agents and developer tools using LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, or MCP.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience integrating commercial software products and APIs to support interoperability.
- Willingness to travel for offsites, team syncs, and customer sites.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in defense, national security, or intelligence software.
- Experience with systems languages like Ada, CMS-2, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Risk Management Framework, and NIST 800-53.
