What you will do

• Build prototypes and POCs for AI agents, including MCP gateways, LLM proxies, and sandboxes.
• Collaborate with reference customers to integrate hirify.global for internal adoption or as an embedded product.
• Create reference architectures and share technical work through open source, blogs, and conference presentations.
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on market signals and customer feedback.
• Ensure production-grade security and quality for prototypes that transition into the main product surface.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong proficiency in Go and basic understanding of networking.
• Daily power-user experience with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and LLMs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment with significant ambiguity.
• Experience in rapid prototyping and working directly with technical customers in startup-like settings.

Nice to have

• Experience building applications on top of LLMs and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of identity infrastructure, authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), and access control (RBAC/ABAC).
• Contributions to open source or a history of producing publicly visible technical artifacts.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript.
