What you will do

• Identify and solve expensive workflow problems across Ops, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Design, build, and secure AI applications and agentic tools using LLM integrations.
• Evaluate off-the-shelf AI solutions versus building custom tools to maximize company leverage.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and non-technical stakeholders to extract and automate real workflows.
• Maintain full operational ownership of shipped tools, including security and sunsetting criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3-5 years of experience shipping and operating production services.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM and agent tooling that has been actively adopted by users.
• Ability to translate business needs from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions without a PM.
• Security-first mindset for designing applications that handle internal data.
• Proficiency in Rust, Python, or TypeScript, along with Linux and DevOps experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenHands, Langchain, or building and operating MCP servers.
• Prior experience as the sole person in your function at a company under 50 people.
• Knowledge of Crypto or Solana literacy.
