Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco (office presence 3 days/week)

Salary: $200K – $275K + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with health plan customers to translate claims workflows and data formats into working software.
• Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise integrations and platform rollouts for new customers.
• Own end-to-end development of new features, from requirement gathering and scoping to implementation and testing.
• Develop an intelligent engine to ingest medical standards of care and evaluate provider adherence.
• Build AI/ML pipelines to extract critical medical information from handwritten clinical notes.
• Scale systems to process millions of healthcare records while maintaining strict security and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software applications.
• Strong product sense and system design skills for defining requirements of complex systems.
• Hands-on ability to architect extensible systems and ship high-quality production code.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and LLMs for end-user applications.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data formats such as EDI X12, HL7, and FHIR.
