What you will do

• Own and operate the editorial calendar, producing multiple pieces of content daily.
• Write, edit, and ship core editorial content focused on real estate development, capital, and market dynamics.
• Lead and mentor a small, high-standards editorial team as a player-coach.
• Translate company strategy and proprietary data into authoritative editorial narratives.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the brand's voice.
• Maintain high standards for clarity, credibility, and consistency across all published work.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of industry experience in real estate development, acquisitions, capital markets, or related fields.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality written or editorial content for the real estate or built environment sectors.
• Strong copyediting instincts and an eye for precision and structure.
• Demonstrated ability to generate original ideas and manage a fast-moving content calendar.
• Experience leading or mentoring others while remaining hands-on.
• Must be based in the United States with excellent communication skills.
