Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own the overall content strategy and editorial direction of the company.
• Transform customer conversations into technical case studies, stories, and reference materials.
• Write long-form technical and non-technical content on AI safety, governance, and reliability across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create launch narratives for new products, features, and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to support sales conversations and market positioning.
• Manage the founders' public voice and build repeatable content distribution processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to independently identify publishable insights.
• Experience creating content specifically for technical audiences.
• Comfort interviewing executives, researchers, and engineers.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Engineering, computer science, or a technical background.
• Proven track record of building an audience through writing.
• Experience in developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Content that has materially influenced product adoption or revenue.
