Content Writer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States, specifically San Francisco or New York; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA

hirify.global is an AI Safety company building a safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies, automated testing, enforcement, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Own the content strategy and editorial direction.
• Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials.
• Interview customers, partners, founders, engineers, and researchers to uncover valuable insights.
• Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and the company website.
• Develop technical and non-technical content about AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability.
• Create launch narratives, support market positioning, and build repeatable content distribution processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing ability and strong editorial judgment.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly without oversimplifying them.
• Experience creating content for technical audiences.
• Comfort interviewing executives, engineers, researchers, and customers.
• Ability to work between strategic content planning and hands-on writing.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Engineering, computer science, or another technical background.
• An audience built through writing.
• Experience in developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
• Content that materially influenced product adoption, positioning, or revenue.

Hiring process

• 25-minute introductory call with HR.
• Take-home assignment.
• 45-minute final conversation with the CEO and Head of Design, with an additional team interview possible.
