Founding Content Leader (AI/Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the content engine, editorial calendar, recurring content series, and distribution across LinkedIn, blogs, video, and long-form formats.
• Develop SEO and AEO strategies and connect content performance to pipeline, organic traffic, rankings, and meetings.
• Write blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, social content, and thought leadership for security practitioners and buyers.
• Ghostwrite for the CEO, CTO, and technical leaders while building systems to capture and reproduce their voices.
• Package hirify.global Research, threat findings, and product insights into flagship reports and timely analysis.
• Use AI, contractors, and production tools to help a small team create accurate, high-quality content at scale.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in B2B technology content roles, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated results in content-sourced pipeline, organic traffic, search rankings, and engagement that generated meetings.
• Experience operating as the primary content engine at a small company, shipping consistently without a large team or budget.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and the ability to explain complex security topics clearly and credibly.
• Proven executive ghostwriting experience and a repeatable process for capturing executive voice.
• Practical experience using AI in content workflows, including evaluating failures and improving the process.

Nice to have

• Experience packaging threat reports, benchmarks, or original research.
• Experience managing SEO through agencies or contractors and a point of view on AEO.
• Ability to produce or direct short videos, explainers, and visual assets.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, exposure management, AppSec, or CloudSec.
