Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $167,000–$251,000 per year, plus equity, bonus, and benefits

What you will do

• Set content strategy and editorial direction across key channels, audiences, themes, formats, and points of view.
• Lead and develop the content team as a player-coach through direction, feedback, and mentorship.
• Create and edit thought leadership, executive content, customer stories, campaign content, social content, and other formats.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and executives to turn customer insights and product innovation into compelling stories.
• Build a scalable content engine using AI and emerging tools while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and editorial quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content, editorial, content marketing, brand storytelling, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring content professionals and developing talent.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across multiple formats and audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and bring complex ideas to market.
• Experience owning content from strategy through execution and measurement, connecting storytelling to business outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex technology, AI, analytics, and product concepts clearly for different audiences.
