What you will do

• Drive new business development across IDNs and Health Systems, specifically focusing on the West Coast market.
• Engage with C-level executives (CEO, CMO, CFO) to provide consultative solutions for revenue cycle and value-based care.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for deals valued at $2M+.
• Cultivate strategic relationships within the largest health systems in the U.S. to generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform the company's product strategy.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare sales experience with a proven track record in the California region.
• 10+ years of deep knowledge in healthcare RCM SaaS and services.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory and acute care operations and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales environments with high executive presence.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or MHA is preferred.
• Must be based in the USA.
