What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise employers (1,000–10,000 employees) in the Southwest territory.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at self-insured employers.
• Collaborate with brokers, consultants, and health plan partners to generate referral pipelines.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and ROI analyses using clinical and health economics data.
• Forecast pipeline accurately against quarterly and annual targets.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling into employers, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Proven success in complex, consultative sales cycles with benefits decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of self-insured employer healthcare dynamics and cost drivers.
• Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel within the Southwest territory as needed.
• Demonstrated AI fluency (minimum Level 1: using AI daily for personal productivity).
