Salary: $183,700 – $301,000

What you will do

• Drive GTM strategy for Precision partnerships to meet enterprise growth objectives.
• Identify and activate strategic partnership opportunities internally and externally with POC companies.
• Develop business cases and partnership models to drive revenue and market differentiation.
• Personally source and close high-value deals with key supply partners.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with senior partners and prospective partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of driving GTM initiatives and building strategic partnerships.
• Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Ability to lead and scale high-performing teams as the business expands.
• Must be based in the US.
