What you will do

• Strategically scale the hardware V&V capability to meet rapid market growth and OEM requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for all V&V activities.
• Oversee functional testing and performance evaluations on hardware prototypes to ensure system reliability.
• Manage compliance testing and certification processes, including EMI/EMC, electrical safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Champion continuous process improvement and develop necessary toolchains for the V&V function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a hardware V&V role.
• 5+ years of experience in a hardware V&V leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Deep understanding of automotive DV/PV and PPAP processes.
• Working knowledge of automotive APQP and AEC standards.
• Experience working directly with automotive OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Technical experience in developing self-driving vehicles.
• Experience with NRTL (UL) and CE certifications.
• Experience instrumenting vehicles to develop environmental and EMC requirements.
