What you will do

• Perform validation for telematics products utilizing test benches and vehicles.
• Execute sanity tests, customer-reported issues, and full test cases based on product specifications.
• Analyze test results and utilize tracking systems to report and monitor product defects.
• Create and maintain test cases and perform software updates on test benches.
• Conduct field tests and joint tests with OEMs, including flashing modules and environment configuration.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in North America and Korea to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Knowledge of telematics systems, vehicle communication protocols, and test bench setup.
• Experience creating structured test cases and interfacing with bug tracking systems.
• Ability to sit and/or drive in a vehicle for testing up to 8 hours a day.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
