What you will do

• Manage a book of business to drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Analyze user data to identify under-utilized features and proactively engage customers to prevent churn.
• Act as a business transformation consultant for real estate firms modernizing their processes.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the product/technical team to advocate for user needs and provide feedback.
• Oversee the onboarding experience and implementation for new customers.
• Manage customer support tickets and refine support processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work out of the Atlanta office 4 days a week.
• Knowledge of real estate development, construction, or project management (highly preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a monthly results cadence.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or similar presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
