Salary: 120,000 - 125,000 CAD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for assigned OpCos, ensuring accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor offshore and onsite finance teams, providing quality assurance over financial deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Manage the integration of newly acquired OpCos, aligning policies and migrating systems.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining comprehensive documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency across finance processes.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Financial Management.
• Proven track record in portfolio company management, budgeting, and audits.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Accounting designation or currently working towards one.
