Salary: $134,000 – $179,000

What you will do

• Coordinate supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits.
• Maintain audit protocols, checklists, templates, and reporting tools.
• Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through to closure.
• Analyze audit results and prepare performance dashboards and recommendations.
• Partner with EHS technology teams to improve audit workflows and reporting.
• Support audit training, change management, and EHS due diligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and federal environmental regulations.
• Proven experience conducting or coordinating compliance and management-system audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible for required export authorization.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, or ISO Lead Auditor.
• Experience with supplier EHS or responsible-sourcing audits.
• Experience supporting global or multi-regional EHS programs.
• Familiarity with UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
• Experience with EHS software platforms and data-visualization tools.
