What you will do

• Fabricate metal components and assemblies using MIG and TIG welding, cutting, drilling, and forming.
• Build jigs and fixtures to support repeatable and accurate production runs.
• Perform in-process checks and final inspections to verify dimensions and weld quality.
• Translate engineering drawings and CAD references into finished, high-quality parts.
• Communicate design issues or manufacturability concerns to the engineering team.
• Maintain shop organization, tooling, and workspace safety.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to export control requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, specifically with aluminum and stainless steel.
• Experience with milling machines, lathes, and general fabrication tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work from CAD references.
• Experience in a fast-paced shop environment with a focus on quality and precision.
