What you will do

• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation to increase machining capacity and reduce costs.
• Design and implement robotic machine tending systems for CNC equipment using Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, or similar.
• Develop automated loading/unloading solutions and integrate conveyors and palletization systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to optimize cycle times and maximize spindle utilization.
• Troubleshoot robotic, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Ensure all automation systems meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of automation engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
