Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Manage overall relationships with PBM clients, including touchbases, contract deliverables, and escalation resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and lead quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Partner with the Implementation Team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients post-launch.
• Gather client requirements for the annual open enrollment process and lead educational webinars and training.
• Analyze issue trends and collaborate with operations and vendors to implement preventative measures.
• Provide ongoing support regarding plan design, claims, benefits, and enrollment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
• Must be based in the US (Remote or Dallas, TX).
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy benefits and solid consultative client management skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
