Client Success Manager, Payer Retrieval (Healthcare Data)

What you will do

• Lead customer relationships and ensure high-quality delivery, service, and support.
• Coordinate, track, and report on customer projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources across data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Maintain communication through regular reports, meetings, status updates, and information sharing.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, coordinate escalations, and prepare final reports and presentations.
• Improve customer operations processes and partner with engineering to prevent and resolve software issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of client success or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflows, or electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, data formats, and processes, with the ability to communicate at a technical level.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL queries is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, meeting leadership, prioritization, collaboration, and execution skills.
