Salary: $145,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including dispensers, clinic staff, providers, and executives across all levels.
- Tailor communication for various audiences, handle objections, and deliver customized presentations and QBRs.
- Act as customer advocate internally, monitor operations proactively, and resolve issues to prevent escalations.
- Oversee P&L statements, meet profitability targets, and implement growth initiatives for 10% YoY revenue increase.
- Evaluate customer requests with ROI analyses and align operations through bi-weekly reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience, including 3-5 years in program management or similar with track record in customer relations, operations, and financial oversight.
- Experience/knowledge of the pharmacy space required; specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in operational oversight, issue resolution, and process improvement.
