What you will do

• Scale manufacturing processes across additive, machining, and post-processing to enable repeatable, high-quality production.
• Lead industrialization efforts to transition new products from development into full-rate production.
• Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) for production and quality issues to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Develop and implement process controls, standard work, and work instructions for critical operations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical methods (SPC) to improve process capability, yield, and cycle time.
• Utilize discrete event simulation models (FlexSim) to evaluate production flow and support capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience in a relevant industry.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Strong experience in structured problem solving, including Six Sigma and RCCA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with metal additive manufacturing (L-PBF, Binder Jet, SLA).
• Strong background in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analytics.
• Experience with factory modeling tools like FlexSim.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) in a production environment.
