Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

hirify.global is a digital health scale-up simplifying diagnostic booking and provider workflows through a B2C marketplace and B2B integration platforms.

What you will do

• Build and maintain integration connectors for modern and legacy EHR systems.
• Architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure for HL7 and API traffic.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations with third-party referral sources and demand aggregators.
• Own the observability layer, including structured logging and alerting for integration health.
• Collaborate on system design to ensure robust, extensible data workflows.

Requirements

• Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems (e.g., RIS, core banking, or similar infrastructure).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Ruby, Java, or C#).
• Strong familiarity with RESTful API integration patterns, schema versioning, and contract management.
• Operational mindset with experience in instrumentation, failure mode analysis, and on-call support.
• Must be able to work from the New York City office 2 days per week.
