What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks.
• Design and implement hardware and software systems while ensuring network security protocols are maintained.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations, including software deployments and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate enterprise file management systems and develop data integration strategies.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and logs to troubleshoot issues related to security and user access.
• Establish and document IT policies, procedures, and user guides to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in technology engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET, C#, and API development.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms and third-party SaaS offerings.
• Ability to travel to client or corporate offices based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with other programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management software, specifically Artiva HCx.
