What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including conducting onsite visits as needed.
• Act as the day-to-day lead on assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and success.
• Partner with Sales and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure project health.
• Manage client communications by preparing status reports, kick-off materials, and coordinating MLR meetings.
• Ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with specific customer needs and business objectives.
• Integrate advanced AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) into daily workflows to automate mundane tasks and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from Newark, New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services.
• 1-2 years of combined experience in digital, agency, and healthcare sectors.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical/HCP advertising or the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
