Technical Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: On-site in McKinney, Texas, US

Salary: $70,000 base plus on-target earnings

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned customer accounts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop long-term technical resolutions.
• Monitor customer health by identifying technical risks, recurring issues, and system performance opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding, integrations, adoption, and ongoing product optimization.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams on escalated issues and recurring-problem prevention.
• Advise customers on best practices and recommendations that support retention and long-term success.

Requirements

• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, pattern recognition, and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Self-motivated approach and a growth mindset.
