What you will do

• Lead client-facing Collibra implementations focusing on data governance, metadata management, and business glossaries.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops to translate client requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Configure and develop platform capabilities, including workflows and metadata models.
• Coach client stakeholders and data stewards to ensure successful solution adoption and sustainment.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and adoption playbooks.
• Collaborate with offshore developers and business SMEs to deliver implementation plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or enterprise data consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on Collibra implementation and architecture experience.
• Collibra Solution Architect Certification.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives.
• Proficiency in designing Collibra workflows, data models, and permission sets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Collibra APIs, Edge, or Data Quality & Observability.
• Background in higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, or public sector.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including demos and proposals.
