What you will do

• Configure and administer Collibra Data Governance and Data Catalog, including operating models, domains, and workflows.
• Define and operationalize data governance policies, standards, and ownership models across business domains.
• Manage Collibra integrations with cloud data platforms, BI tools, and metadata sources.
• Enable and support data lineage, impact analysis, and data certification.
• Collaborate with data quality teams to surface rules and metrics within the Collibra platform.
• Conduct training sessions and promote adoption of Collibra as the system of record for governed data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Must reside in one of the following U.S. states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington DC.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, operating models, and metadata cataloging concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Collibra with Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and SOX.
• Collibra certification (Ranger, Governance, or equivalent).
