What you will do

• Execute and support end-to-end enterprise Data Governance initiatives and governance processes.
• Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate data classification, tagging, and identification of non-compliant data.
• Manage metadata and support data stewardship activities across critical data domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Business/Data Analysis.
• Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, or Alation.
• Required experience in PII discovery, confidence scoring, and data masking through AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, AgentCore, and Lambda functions).
• Advanced English (written and verbal) proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CoCo and Cortex.
