Scheduling Manager

What you will do

• Build comprehensive project schedules covering scope, milestones, timelines, and the critical path.
• Define project responsibilities and ownership through Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Manage integrated schedules, including baselining, periodic updates, resource loading, and multi-level reviews.
• Coordinate and negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key stakeholders, procurement, contracting, and project controls teams.
• Provide schedule progress analysis and reporting, facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions, and support risk analysis workshops and QRA.
• Develop scheduling procedures and best practices, review external schedules, and mentor the scheduling team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment on life sciences or mission-critical projects.
• Experience using Primavera P6.
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality focus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
