Project Manager Intern (Industrial)

hirify.global is an international industrial company delivering customized packaging equipment and related projects for customers across Italy and Europe.

What you will do

• Support projects for the supply of customized packaging equipment from order intake through commissioning at customer sites.
• Coordinate activities with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Administration, and external suppliers.
• Support customer communications and follow-up activities across Italy and Europe.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation management, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare reports and track project performance, milestones, and deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently completing the final year of an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent Master’s degree.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Comfort working with technical topics and documentation.
• Good command of English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently, with an interest in industrial project management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an additional language.
