Senior Accountant (Manufacturing)

Salary: $90,000–$118,000 base salary

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end monthly accounting close activities, including GAAP record-keeping, GL maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain core accounting policies for travel, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, billing, and asset acquisition.
• Optimize and maintain the company’s NetSuite ERP environment.
• Prepare financial results and executive-level reporting for Monthly Business Reviews and Board of Directors presentations.
• Oversee and coach AR/AP Analysts in supplier invoicing, cash application, and customer collections.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Procurement, and Operations to ensure tax compliance and timely filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA or Master's preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP environment, ideally with implementation or migration experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial backgrounds.

• Experience in technical Accounting and US GAAP framework.
