What you will do

• Design and coordinate rollout plans for new product features across Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal and external product documentation and release notes.
• Partner with data teams to monitor post-release analytics and surface signals for feature iteration.
• Coordinate cross-functional sign-offs and approvals from Legal, Clinical, and Engineering leadership.
• Build and maintain a product knowledge base specifically structured for reliable AI agent consumption.
• Support OKR planning and reporting to translate high-level strategy into measurable objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, program management, or related operational roles in a technology company.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a talent for producing clear, high-quality documentation.
• Ability to interpret delivery metrics and communicate data-driven stories to stakeholders.
• Strong coordination instincts for managing dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Core AI fluency: daily use of AI tools and first-hand experience structuring information for AI agents.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
