What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for claims automation, covering data extraction, enrichment, adjudication, and routing.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities for document classification and routing while maintaining deterministic logic where required.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI quality, focusing on accuracy, safety, hallucination risk, and user trust.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and audit trails appropriate for a regulated financial-transaction system.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements.
• Manage complex initiatives, including system migrations and payer/vendor integrations, from discovery through launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focusing on processing systems, workflows, and automation.
• Proven experience launching AI products, specifically managing non-deterministic systems and agentic architectures.
• Strong ability to design auditable and traceable systems for regulatory and financial workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and deep understanding of Agile methodology.
• Must reside in California for consideration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or other regulated financial-transaction domains.
