What you will do

• Develop positioning and messaging strategies for GTM work streams based on buyer research and competitive intelligence.
• Create detailed buyer personas and market adoption strategies for financial institutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and build frameworks to articulate product differentiation.
• Produce sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and ROI tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure consistent visual execution of positioning.
• Track and report on messaging effectiveness using content performance and win/loss data.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks for complex software.
• Proven ability to synthesize buyer research and competitive intelligence into market narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking technology.
• MBA degree.
• Familiarity with digital banking or credit union/community bank markets.
