What you will do

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to influence product strategy.
• Collaborate with product teams to define positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and execute B2B go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create marketing briefs and content assets including pitch decks, ebooks, and landing pages.
• Launch and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns using data-driven decisions.
• Build training materials and product demos to enable sales and account management teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience in the fintech industry (B2B or B2C).
• English: B2 level or above (excellent written and presentation skills).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns in fintech or gaming.
• Proficiency with G-suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Location: Must be based in the CIS region.
