Engineering Manager (Security Platform)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and eligible for security clearance)

What you will do

• Grow and mentor a high-performing team of security platform engineers.
• Define the roadmap and technical vision for authentication and authorization capabilities.
• Develop centralized identity services, IdP integrations, and SSO capabilities to enable secure-by-default development.
• Partner with Product, Mission, and Infrastructure teams to balance security with usability.
• Drive the adoption of access control standards and security best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, and secure system design.
• 8+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Active security clearance or ability/willingness to obtain one.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.

• Prior experience building software for defense, national security, or intelligence use cases.
