Salary: €6,658 – €9,008 EUR gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of seven security professionals specializing in IAM, TPRM, and Cyber Risk.
• Define and execute long-term IAM strategy to ensure secure and effective authentication controls.
• Design and deploy a robust Cyber and Third-Party Risk Management framework.
• Translate complex compliance standards like NIS2 and ISO 27001 into practical engineering solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle.
• Establish and report on security metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience in building large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security requirements.
• Ability to drive cross-functional security initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on pragmatic execution.
